Rooms are available from 1400hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 1100hrs on the day of departure.
Cancellation.
Should you require to cancel your booking the following conditions apply.
Cancellation 24 hours before the day of arrival incurs the loss of deposits.
Cancellation on the day of arrival will incur a one night charge.
No-Show.
In the event of no-show and no cancellation, a one night stay will be charged inclusive of VAT, and the receipt will be mailed to the registered address at the time of booking.
Changes and cancellations by the hotel.
1.The hotel reserves the right, without prior notice to change the client assigned room(s) for one(s) of equal suitability without affecting any minimum or other charge.
2.The hotel may cancel the booking at any time and without liability to the client if:
- The client is more than 28 days in arrears with payment to the hotel for previously supplied services.
- The client is unable to pay its debts as they fall due.
- Any part of the hotel is closed or unable to operate for any reason beyond the hotel's control.
